Order Processing
We process orders on the same business day whenever possible, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed Friday evening or over the weekend are processed the next business day.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by destination and product availability. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow its progress. If you haven't received shipping confirmation within a few days of ordering, contact us and we'll look into it right away.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only. We're not yet able to fulfill orders to addresses outside the US — if you're shipping internationally, please contact us at sales@padelpickleball.store before ordering.
